Hello! I’m Kendall, your dedicated Practice Management Consultant, on a mission to help Medical Professionals build a strong foundation for their medical practice.

My journey began as a young mother to two amazing boys, juggling the demands of academics and work while nurturing my family. The medical practices I found myself in only added to the chaos.

In these high-pressure environments, the struggle to foster empathetic communication with the absence of clear guidance led to huge staff turnover rates that gave me more than a few headaches!

I reached a breaking point before discovering the vital skills of self-preservation in a high-pressure environment. These skills transformed my emotional well-being and breathed new life into the practices I managed, with a team that finally clicked.

Now it’s my turn to use those skills to help others.
